The 24 Hour Surgery is staffed by a mix of GPs working on roster, along with experienced medical officers, nurses and administrative staff who work for the surgery permanently.

We receive very little government funding – we are not a government or free service – and it is a complex and expensive business to run, but we deeply believe that this is a service that is important to the people of Christchurch.

And due to the nature of our service, we operate on a walk in basis.
