• We are located on the corner of Bealey Avenue and Colombo Street
• Metro bus routes number 14 and 16 go right by our door

Waiting times:

• You can call us before you arrive to find out the waiting time
• Our busiest times are between 8am and midday and 6-9pm. We are available to see you whenever you need us, however if you visit us outside of these hours your waiting time will most likely be shorter.

• We prioritise patients according to how unwell they are, as well as the time you have been waiting. If you have chest pain, shortness of breath or are very unwell we will see you immediately.

When you arrive:

• You will see a receptionist who will take your details
• You may see our triage nurse at the front desk who will briefly assess your condition
• You will see a doctor or a nurse for treatment

Before you leave:

• You will be given any paperwork you require
• You can have any tests you need done onsite eg blood tests, x-ray
• You can collect any prescriptions after hours at our urgent pharmacy
• Information about your visit will be sent electronically to your GP
• You will be asked to pay your  bill
