We strive to provide excellent service, however if are unsatisfied about your visit to the 24 Hour Surgery, we would like to hear from you. We view complaints as an opportunity to educate staff and take steps to improve our service. We take your feedback seriously and complaints are dealt with promptly by an audit committee.
