There are a number of factors that determine what a patient will pay when they come to the 24 Hour Surgery - including the time of day, whether you are enrolled with an affiliated practice, or have a community services card or some other subsidy, or whether the visit is ACC related and so on.

We receive very little in the way of government subsidy or funding for medical care. As a result we rely on the income from patient fees to maintain our services and a quality facility for our patients. This means that for many services, our fees can be higher than your own family doctor.
